Dear Brian,
April 6, 2012
I am writing to apply for three improvements to be
done to my property at 621 Cumberland and 308 East
7t" Street.
1. Replace all facshia boards with new wood
covered with aluminum. New aluminum gutters
installed will be OG, which is exactly what is
there. They will be both white. That is what is
there presently also.r
2. An iron fence with the same setback as Alice
Lightle and as close as I can match to her fence
she just installed. This also includes a gate for
the entrance to the driveway like she has.
3. Replace the aluminum windows with more
efficient white vinyl. I am attaching a profile .
