approved by Historic District Commission in the May 14, 2012 hearing.
1) Fence
a) Fence to match fence at 617 Cumberland with a thirty-six inch (36") height. Includes
pedestrian and vehicular gates.
2) Fascia Boards
a) Remove damaged fascia boards and replace with fiber cement boards (i.e.: James
Hardie boards) of same dimension, shape and profile.
b) Caulk, prime, and paint.
3) Gutters
a) Remove and replace gutters with same profile seamless gutters in white finish.
b) Downspouts to be reused or replaced in same -location as''existing:
This COA does not include any window replacement of any kind.
