Dear historic District Commission,
I understand that development is planned for the vacant lot on the Corner of 9'i_ and Cuznbcdand.
I've reviewed the plans and believe that this would be a positive addition to the neighborhood and
would provide a needed and desirable residential use of the property,
I strongly urge you to favorably consider their proposal.
We have long supported development in the Quapaw Historic .District and have had our htt,incss
located here for over 50 years. Troy Deal's project would bring new energy and life: to this area.
