SUBJECT: Permit for 902 Cumberland
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission (LRHDC) allowing the property owner of 902 Cumberland permission to
obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. This project was approved by the LRHDC at their
last November meeting. While one of the conditions addressed landscaping for the
project, it was agreed at the meeting that the owners could present a landscape plan for
approval at a later date; time periods for Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) approval
are two years. The owner's representative, Raymon Hill, and I have discussed the
details and agree to the future development of a landscape plan that meets all
conditions.
