3 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
4 INTO A THREE (3)-YEAR RENEWAL AGREEMENT WITH CDW-G
5 FOR THE MICROSOFT ENTERPRISE AND SERVER AND CLOUD
6 SERVICES IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED THREE MILLION
7 THREE HUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED
8 SEVENTY-ONE DOLLARS ($3,312,471.00), PLUS APPLICABLE TAXES
9 AND FEES; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas ("City") has need to extend its current contract
12 with CDW-G for Microsoft Enterprise and Server and Cloud agreements; and,
13 WHEREAS,the renewal will provide Microsoft products, licensing, maintenance, services, and
14 support for City systems and City staff; and,
15 WHEREAS,the extension shall be for three(3)years; and,
16 WHEREAS, the contract shall be in an amount not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred
17 Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-One Dollars ($3,312,471.00), plus applicable taxes and fees;
18 and,
19 WHEREAS, pursuant to Little Rock, Ark. Resolution No. 16,603 (February 18, 2025), vendor
20 selection of CDW-G was made through the TIPS-TAPS Contract No. 230105.
21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
22 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
23 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to extend the contract with CDW-G, for three
24 (3) years, in an amount not to exceed Three Million Three Hundred Twelve Thousand Four Hundred
25 Seventy-One Dollars ($3,312,471.00), plus applicable taxes and fees, for Microsoft Enterprise and Server
26 and Cloud agreements.
27 Section 2. Funding for this contract renewal is available in the Information Technology
28 Networking Account 103030-61330.
29 Section 3. Severabiliry. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase,
30 or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
31 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
32 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
33 resolution.

1 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent
2 with the provisions of this resolution, are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
