Dear Madam:
The structure at 1410 Commerce was severely damaged by fire February 2,
1994.
The structure was over 70 percent damaged by fire and the remaining
structure is dangerously weakened by suppression efforts.
I would appreciate your cooperation in a prompt abatement of this
property.
