Dear Firehouse Hostel & Museum Board members,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed the Deck at the July 8, 2013
meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved your Certificate of
Appropriateness of the Deck. The final vote was 6 ayes, 0 noes and 1 absent.
Enclosed is your Certificate of Appropriateness. The original (printed on blue paper)
should be kept with your important papers. I have also enclosed a copy for your use.
The Commission approved the deck as built. Any further modifications to the deck
without prior Commission approval will be considered a violation and will be enforced
upon.
