Project is to be completed as specified in Staff report and as approved by Historic District
Commission in the March 12, 2012 hearing. All modifications will be reviewed by AHPP.
1) Replace sashes in 4 windows with single hung true divided light 12/1 wood sashes.
Remove extended header on top of windows. Remove security bars. Use original
jambs and headers as feasible.
2) Repair masonry and replace brick with supply of existing brick. Use appropriate
mortar, preferably a custom mix mortar or "N" mortar mix.
3) Add "true" stucco to the areas over windows to match original stucco on the building.
4) Install signage on west side of building. HDC Staff to approve location.
Y Install fencing around ac units: rence to be —5' tall, option without pickets. Fencing
may include horizontal bars of fence material across top of enclosure to prevent
theft. Location to not intersect building at precast stone sills.
6) Remove loading dock.
7) Install 2 steel doors with 3 by 3 lites with transom above doors. Doors to be flush
with exterior brick.
8) This COA does not cover new deck.
9) This COA includes replacement of existing doors at northeast and northwest corner
of building with plain slab me I doors. ❑o rs to be painted to match brick color.
