Is the men's bathroom in the dormer to the south? check out the floor plan in the attached PDF. It should
have some notes. This has NOT been approved yet, but I think I can.
respond if you think this will work.

Brian,
I am glad I ran into you tonight so we could talk about the hostel's new roof. The
roofer has the red shingles in stock and is waiting for me to order two sola tubes
before he gets started.
I have looked at Velux, Natural Lighting and the original version Solatube
http://www.solatube.com/index.php which I have used in the past and would feel
most comfortable ordering.
It is my understanding they will be placed on the south side of the building, but don't
know exactly where.
The men's bathroom will get one, a 10" wide, with a 4 ' extension, pitched shingle
and a vusion diffuser.
Over the staircase a 14 " wide, with a 6' extension, pitched shingle and a vusion
diffuser. It may be that I can use a 21" tube for the hallway.
I was going to call the rep this afternoon and discuss the sizes with him and place
the order. Since the 21" is a commercial version and needs a few additional items
I really wanted to talk it over with him first.
The men's bathroom (204) and the staircase (201) opening are both in the middle of
the building.
Thanks for taking the time to look at this for me. They will not stick out more than
the vents you see on the roof now.
You will not recognize the inside. Our volunteer firefighters have done such a
marvelous job with the demolition. Very little left to remove.
We cannot do anything inside until we have a new roof because it is leaking.
