2 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARIC., RESOLUTION NO.
3 16,883 (DECEMBER 2,2025)TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO
4 APPROVE A VENDOR NAME CHANGE AND INCREASED COST FOR
5 THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) AT41M ARTICULATING TELESCOPIC
6 AERIAL DEVICE FOR USE BY THE PUBLIC WORKS STREET
7 DEPARTMENT,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
8 WHEREAS, since Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 16,883 (December 2, 2025)was adopted by the
9 Board of Directors on (December 2, 2025), hereafter LRR No. 16833 was adopted, Altec Industries, Inc.
10 acquired Global Rental Co., Inc.,and,
11 WHEREAS, as a result of this acquisition, the equipment will be purchased through Global Rental
12 Co., Inc.,using 2026 pricing is $210,067.00,representing a total increase of$6,429.00; and,
13 WHEREAS,vendor selection remains compliant and was made available through Sourcewell Contract
14 No. 040924-ALT.
15 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
16 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS.
17 Section 1. The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve the vendor's name change from Altec
18 Industries, Inc.to Global Rental Co.,Inc. for the purchase of one(1)AT41M articulating telescopic aerial
19 device on a 2026 Ford F600 4x4 body for use by the Public Works Street Department.
20 Section 2. The City Manager is further authorized to approve an increase in the purchase amount,with
21 the total cost not to exceed$210,067.00.
22 Section 3. Sufficient funds for this purchase are available and allocated in Public Works Account No.
23 205409-72300-S40B677.
24 Section 4. This resolution amends Resolution No. 16,883 only as stated herein. All other terms and
25 conditions of the original resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
26 Section 5. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
30 ordinance.
31 Section 6. Repealed.All laws,ordinances,resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
32 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.

3 A RESOLUTION TO SET FEBRUARY 3, 2026, AS THE DATE OF
4 HEARING ON THE REQUEST TO ABANDON A PORTION OF THE
5 EAST 26TH STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATED IMMEDIATELY EAST
6 OF MCALMONT STREET IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS
7 (G-23-497); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

9 WHEREAS, a petition has been filed with the City Clerk requesting that the Board of Directors
10 abandon a portion of East 26th Street Right-of-Way located immediately east of McAlmont Street.
11 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
12 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
13 Section 1. The hearing on the ordinance to abandon the above-mentioned right-of-way shall be
14 held on February 3,2026,at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock in City Hall,
15 2nd Floor Board Room, 500 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas at six o'clock (6:00 p.m.) ,
16 or as soon as the item is reached on the agenda.
17 Section 2.The City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice of such hearing in the manner prescribed by
18 law by publication once a week for two(2)consecutive weeks in a newspaper published in Pulaski County,
19 Arkansas,and having a general circulation in the City of Little Rock,Arkansas.
20 Section 3.Severability.In the event any title,section,paragraph,item,sentence,clause,phrase,or word
21 of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,such declaration or adjudication
22 shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the
23 portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the resolution.
24 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
