Repair carpentry as needed with like materials
North (Front) Elevation
Re -landscape
Replace ground floor aluminum windows in front porch
enclosure with more sympathetic wood casement windows
Repair carpentry as needed with like materials
Repair upstairs casements
West Elevation
Remove brick enclosure on porch
Add doorway with side lights to original dimensions
Repair carpentry as needed using like materials
Replace aluminum double hung windows on second floor with
original casements (stored in attic)
