SUBJECT: Permit for 1201 Commerce
This memo serves as approval from the Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDC)
allowing Parks and Recreation to obtain a building permit for 1201 Commerce, which is located
within the MacArthur Park Historic District. The permit is to repair the damage caused by the
January 21 tornado -- a new roof, windows, doors, etc. There is no change to the roof line, pitch
or building materials. The rehab project was approved with conditions by the LRHDC at the 12
August public hearing.
