Applicant Comments for Proposed Development
Applicant responses are due no later than Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Please submit
revised site plans, if applicable, along with any written responses. All documents should
be submitted to this email address for review.

Eagle Place – Preliminary Plat

Development Staff Comments:
1. Provide revised preliminary plat document incorporating highlighted information on
attached preliminary plat checklist.
2. Label all front platted building lines on plat.
3. Provide floodway statement on plat.
4. Provide names of property owners to the west and north on the plat.
5. Show zoning on abutting properties to the west and north on the plat.
6. Will the lots be final platted in phases? If so, provide information.
7. Provide Street ROW form.
8. Provide documentation from USPS regarding approved mail kiosk location.
