Can you provide an update on the progress regarding comments for the PP? It has to be reviewed for zoning and Engineering Division (Public Works) and Civil Engineering (Planning) must
have adequate time to review the proposed preliminary plat and follow up with you regarding additional modifications, if necessary.
If not, you still have one (1) deferral left and it can be for as many as one (1) month, not to exceed three (3) months.
