This property and building houses the Contractors Licensing Board, State
of Arkansas offices. The space has become over -crowded. The proposed project
will provide adequate office and work space. The project is consistant with
the original materials and design. We would expect work to begin
approximately November 15, 1986 and complete approximately January 15, 1987.
The building is setting on a corner lot at 5th & Ferry Sts.
All additions will be to street side with very little exposure to other
land owners. We feel this will only add attraction to the site recognizing
the landscape and building maintenance, which is maintained by this agency.
