Dear Members:
A. The Contractors Licensing Board needs to expand the floor space to
accommodate an increase in staff for a growing regulatory service. We have
increased the floor space by 1,475 square feet: 385 square feet on the first
floor and 1,090 square feet on the second floor.
B. Approximate date construction will start is August, 1989 and end in
December, 1989.
C. The site paving is existing, except for the southwest corner. The new paving
will allow for two extra parking spaces. The adjacent property will not be
harmed because the paving is held two feet from the property line and will be
built to match existing with a stone riprap bank.
D. The original building was built in 1977, which will make matching new
materials with existing materials easy. The remodeled building will look like
the original building in_ design and appearance, for a minimum impact on the
neighborhood. The building and grounds are now in excellent condition.

additions.
