Eve called Mr. Walther at 12:30. explained building setbacks. I told him he needed a survey in order to
get a permit. And that permit would cost $34.
R4A zoning = gazebo is an accessory structure. Must be 60' from front, 3' from sides and rear, 6' from
primary structure.
