referred to as Grantor, organized under and by virtue of the laws of the State: of Texas. by its Member.
duly authorized by proper resolution of its Members. for the consideration of the sum of One and No One
Hundredths ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Judith M. Cecil, a

shown on plat recorded as Plat No. 2009050256, records of Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more
particufarly described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of said Lot 2, said point being
on the Southerly right of way line of Pinnacle Valley Road; thence South 01 degrees 46 minutes 40
seconds West 38.83 feet; thence South 48 degrees 48 minutes 29 seconds East 51.77 feet; thence South 01
