Please seethe attached revised Plat. I sent two copies, one of them shows the 25' rear setback, but we
typically don't show Rear and Side setbacks on plats. I have attached two of the adjacent plats for
reference. Please Let me know which one that you approve. I added the note about state plane to the
point table. Showed the distance from CL and bearing of Hwy 10. The private drive does not have a name.

1. Street widths and Row lines (Cantrell)
2. Building lines and Dimensions (are there not any on the sides or rear)
3. Place note within notes about the State Plane Coordinates
4. Is there a name for the private street?
5. Street Centerlines with bearing and distance on all segment angles of intersection, & curve info
