Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Steps on west side of structure
a) Pressure wash steps and landing.
b) Stain with complementary color to house.
c) Replace only wood that is deteriorated with boards of same dimension, shape and profile.
d) Do not modify railing on stairs or landing.
2) Wood Siding and trim Repair
a) Trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) South Facing Porch
i) Remove damaged trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension, shape and
profile. Match details of porch where wood is to remain in place..
ii) Wood may be pressure treated wood for durability.
iii) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed.
iv) Replace screens on porch.
3) Dumpster
a) A dumpster for construction purposes only may be used in the parking lot for the duration of the
rehab work.
