Your application for Storm Windows, at 904-906-908 Commerce Street will be heard
before the Historic District Commission on January 9, 2012. The hearing will be held in
the Board Room at City Hall at 500 West Markham on the second floor. The meeting
will begin at 5:00 p.m.
Your amendment will be item One. on the agenda. You or your agent must be present
in order for the item to be heard.
The application states that "A description of materials for all exterior surfaces to be used
including but not limited to foundations, walls, windows, doors, roof and exterior
surfaces and details including sizes, manufacturer, model number and color." The
following information will need to be submitted to Staff by December 30 to complete
your submittals for the filing. If you are not including any of the items below, please
respond with "not applicable".
Will the screens on the storm windows be full or half screens?

This letter is to notify property owners of the intended exterior modification of the historical property at
904-906 Commerce Street, Little Rock, AR 72202.
The proposed exterior changes include:
Installing storm windows over the existing wood windows. 9 total windows will be modified. 5
along the eastern front facing portion of the house, and 4 along the south facing side of the
house.
The windows will be of the same color of the existing trim and are for improving energy use of
the said property. The windows are custom made by Pro Window and Door and are aluminum
with painted finish. Sash division to match existing.
