The columns are the same as the 1978 photo that I have. We show it as a Queen Anne structure on
the survey. "An Field Guide to American Houses (McAlester) states that 35% of Queen Anne houses
are "Free Classic" using classical columns either full or half height on pedestals. Columns were
commonly grouped in units of two or three. So, they could be replacements of similar style to the
original.

This picture must be somewhat recent. The columns that are shown are the ones
that were removed and in my opinion were not original.
If this is the case what would we do to make sure that the replacements are of
proper historic design?
