MEMORANDUM
TO Charles Toland, Permits Administrator
FROM: V. Anne Guthrie, Historic Preservation Administrator
DATE: 28 July 1999
SUBJECT: Permit for 916-24 Commerce
This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission allowing the property owner of 916-24 Commerce (located within the
MacArthur Park Historic District) permission to obtain a building permit. I understand
that the permit is to rehabilitate the interior and exterior and install new roof.
This project was before the Little Rock Historic District Commission last month for
the required Certificate of Appropriateness (COA). As such, and meeting all city,
building and health regulations, the application for a building permit should be
approved.
