Martinsen 1002 Commerce Little Rock, AR 72202 Dear Mr. Martinsen: On Thursday, December 5, 1985, the Historic District Commission voted to approve your application to construct a garage at 1002 Commerce subject to the following conditions: 1. That the triangular window shown on the east elevation be changed to a semi -circular one. 2. That you submit a wall section showing materials to be used and detailing the soffit, fascia, crown molding and other architectural details. It will not be necessary to go before the Commission again. As soon as I receive copies of the above mentioned drawings, I'll get with John Jarrard to review the drawings. Assuming that everything is in order, I'll then take the drawings to the Building Permits Office and you'll be able to get your permit. Following approval, you will receive a formal notification outlining the Commission's reasons for granting the Certificate of Appropriateness.
