On page 66, # 3, Fences and Retaining Walls from the Historic District Guidelines for Rehabilitation:
Wood picket fences ....;
the picket fence will follow property lines, no taller than 36 inches; the pickets no wider than 4 inches
and no further apart than 3 inches. The design will be compatible and proportionate to the house. It will
be made of wood and painted white or cream dependent on the trim color I use for the house.
Hope this clarifies what you need. Please let me know if you should need more.
