That will be the window arrangement... There will be 3 3'Ox 6'0 windows on
the North
side —There will be 1 2'Ox6'0 window on either side of the french door on the west
side of
the addition... There will also be an oval window above the French door ... There will
also be
a 4'Ox4'0 window on the west side ... There will not be any new windows on the North
side...
There will be a new Exterior door with no windows in it on the South side ... we will
use single
hung Alenco windows white in color ... Hope this helps ... Let me know if you need
anything else

thanks for the additional info.
on the sunroom, will that be the arrangement of the windows/doors as shown
in the
photo? what about the sizes of the other windows/doors on the addition? what kind
of windows
are you using?
I need overall dimensions on the arbor/gate/fence and individual dimension
of the
wood members (see below).
sorry to be so picky, but the HDC acts as an "design review committee" on
the
architectural features, and they need the details so they can make an informed

decision.

The sun room will be a gable roof and the picture is the correct
elevation.
The "Mudroom area" will be a shed roof slanting to the west that will tie into
the sun Room
roof ... The shingles will be Tamco Architectural Weatherwood... we will be re -roofing
the entire
house so it will all be the same ... The siding will be 8" planks of smooth Lap
siding ... The
siding color will be Pale Yellow ... we are only replacing the actual siding ... The
trim will
remain in place and will only be repainted in cream color ... Let me know if you need
anything
else...i'm assuming Michelle will have answers to the other questions.

I went though your paperwork today to start on your write-up. I
1. Elevations of house:
I need you to clarify that the "Capture the outdoors" photo is
the
proposed elevation of the new sunroom that will be on the northwest corner of the
new
addition. will that be a gable roof as shown? with the roof on the other part of
the
addition (southwest corner (mudroom)) be a shed roof slanting to the west?
I need details on the roofing materials. manufacturer, style,
color,
etc.
2. siding: you brochure is nice but you have not picked a type
of siding
(lap, vertical panels, shingle, etc); finish (cedarmill, smooth, beaded cedarmill);
color;
size of trim boards; etc.
3. Fence in front yard. Are you referring to the "wood fence
with flat
wood pickets" as shown on page 66? You need to specify the detail in the guidelines
as well
as the paragraph that you will be adhering to.
4. The photo for the arbor is fine, but I need a overall height
and width
of it as well as basic construction (4x4 or 6x6 posts, size of rafters, joists, etc;
painted,
etc.)
Please respond to this email ASAP as next week is a short week.

6S Brian,
I am dropping off the requested information on your email. I
could not
get color brochures for the Hardieplank siding, but have 10 copies of the brochure I
was able
to obtain. I have not decided on color since I have not gotten quite that far.
Likely pale
yellow with cream trim or pale peach/pink with cream trim. Most of the trim will be
replaced
after prep and paint as it is in good shape, if it needs to be replaced we would use
the same
type of material as is presently on the home. I have tried to make sure I have
gotten you
everything you need. Please let me know if you require any more info. Phone #
413-8402 or
374-2878.
