I am dropping off the requested information on your email. I
could not get color brochures for the Hardieplank siding, but have
10 copies of the brochure I was able to obtain. I have not decided on
color since I have not gotten quite that far. Likely pale yellow with
cream trim or pale peach/pink with cream trim. Most of the trim
will be replaced after prep and paint as it is in good shape, if it
needs to be replaced we would use the same type of material as is
presently on the home. I have tried to make sure I have gotten you
everything you need. Please let me know if you require any more
