Ms. Welch,
Brian is going to be out of the office all of this week. I am attaching a copy of his staff report for your item. I
believe that the 25' requirement that you are asking about is a zoning issue. Therefore, it would not be listed in
the Historic District Guidelines. Brian will be able to defer your item until the August meeting and will answer any
further questions next week.

Brian,
I have searched through the guidelines all weekend trying to
understand what you where saying about a 25 foot space. I cannot find
anything about this requirement in the guidelines and I am completely
confused. Could you please direct me to the area in the guidelines
that explains this requirement? Due to the confusion over this issue I
did not send out the notices and will have to delay the public meeting
until the August meeting.
