NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, AR, the following applications
for a Certificate of Appropriateness have been docketed for a hearing
before the Little Rock Historic District Commission in the Conference/
Testing Room, Second Floor, City Hall Annex (Old Central Fire Station
Bldg.), 522 W. Markham, Little Rock, AR on August 6, 1987 at 4:00 p.m.
Item No. 1: Lot 8, Block 58 Original City
Address: 1016 Commerce
Request: Demolition
Item No. 2: Lots 1 & 2, Block 46, Original City
Address: 1101 Cumberland
Request: Facade improvements
Item No. 3: Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 59, Original City

Request: New Construction
All parties interested may appear and be heard at said time and place.
The application and other pertinent data are open and available for
inspection in the Office of Comprehensive Planning, 2nd Floor, Old
Central Fire Station Bldg., 522 West Markham, Little Rock, AR.

office and discuss the details with the Planning staff.
