SUBJECT: SPECIAL MEETING SCHEDULED FOLLOW UP:
This memorandum is for the purpose of announcing a special
meeting of the Historic District Commission on Monday,
October 26, 1981 at 4:00 P.M. in the Board of Directors
Chamber Room of City Hall.
An application has been filed by Jimmy Morgan Builders on
behalf of Mr. Leonard Hollinger who requests permission to
construct an open carport on the west side of his residence
at 1020 Commerce Street. The proposal is in compliance with
all zoning and building code regulations except for the
required Certificate of Appropriateness determined by this
Commission.
I will follow this memorandum with additional surveys and
a description of materials as soon as they become available.
