SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR PERMIT
1020 Commerce Street
Little Rock, Arkansas
LEONARD & BENJI FAY HOLLINGER, OWNERS
This letter will confirm our conversations regarding my request for
a permit to:
Build an open carport on the West side of residence
at 1020 Commerce Street, which will not be visible
from the park. The structure will consist of
four (4) iron post, 2 x 12 beams and 2 x 10 rafters
of #2 yellow pine; 1/2" CD plywood for decking;
1 by facer boards to match existing building;
3/8" fir plywood on ceiling and cornish; roof to
be asphalt that is almost flat; concrete slab to
alley and structure to be painted to match existing
residence.
I understand that a special meeting will be held on Monday,
October 26, 1981, at 4:00 PM, for said hearing.
