As the project has developed through the past few weeks, we have found that there are two elements of timing that should be amended from what was stated to you in my cover letter. Item 1: It was stated that the Guest House/Shop would be occupied in late 1989 or early 1990 and that the existing structure at 1020 would be removed. We would like to amend that statement to read that the Guest House/Shop would still be occupied in late 1989 or early 1990, but that the existing structure at 1020 would not be removed until the new Main House is scheduled for construction. Attached please fmd a reduced "Interim Site Plan," illustrating the status of the property at this time, including temporary fencing. Item 2: It was stated that the Main House would be constructed in the summer/fall of 1990. We would like to amend that statement to read that the construction of the Main House would occur in 1990-1991. This schedule will give the Owners more flexibility in their scheduling; and, should the schedule be set back by Unforeseen events, this flexibility would not require the Owners to come back to the Commission for a time extension. Should you have any questions or need any additional information, please call. We look forward to the Commission meeting on February 2. Cordially, cc: Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Hollinger TJ:lc Witsell, Evans & Rasco, P.A. 101 East Capitol Avenue, Suite 410 Little Rock, Arkansas 72201 (501) 374-5300 e5 l-H1131-r -15, I I Gk,,:+N LI W '- IITN -:-5rF-*V-T ---
