Dear Commissioners:
The Quapaw, Quarter Association supports approval for Mr. Leonard
Hollinger's application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for his
proposed new structure (s) at llth and Commerce.
It is our opinion that the plans submitted for approval represent a
good example of sensitive new design in the historic district, and that
such a project may, in fact, encourage sensitive design in future
proposals.
We further would like to commend Mr. Hollinger for his flexibility and
willingness to work with the C nudssion to ensure that his new hone
will be an asset to the neighborhood.
