Written quotes on a general contract for the Minor Exterior Repairs of Curran Hall will be received by the Owner's
Representative at the offices of Heiple + Wiedower Architects, 319 Pres. Clinton Avenue, Suite 201, Little Rock,
Arkansas until Friday, December 2, 2011 @ 2:00 pm, at which time they will be tabulated. Bids received after the
stated time will be returned unopened. There will be a non -mandatory informal walk thru of the scope of work at
Curran Hall on Tuesday November 29`s at 10:00 am.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes and to waive any informalities. The Owner may hold the
Quotes for a period not to exceed 60 days from the date of opening the Bids for the purpose of reviewing the Bids
and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding the contract.
Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 22-9-203, the City encourages all small and minority business enterprises to submit
bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they
subcontract portions of their work, consideration be given to the identified groups.
