MEMORANDUM
TO: Donna Dodson, JM Associates
FROM: V. Anne Guthrie, Historic Preservation Administrator
DATE: 30 April 1998
SUBJECT: Approval Revision of Landscape Plan for 1304 Cumberland
Administrative approval of the landscape plan for 1304 Cumberland was given on
29 April. However, revisions must be made to the first two conditions; the new
conditions are:
0 the trees/ornamental must be a minimum of 8' - 10' height and a minimum of
13/" caliper
0 another shade tree of the same caliper as listed shade tree must be planted
at center line of the new building within 5' from the front property line
