MEMORANDUM
TO: Donna Dodson, JM Associates

DATE: 29 April 1998
SUBJECT: Landscape Plan for 1304 Cumberland
This serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District Commission
for 1304 Cumberland, approving the landscape plan, which was submitted 27 April.
Approval of the landscape plan is contingent upon the following: the trees/ornamental
must be at minimum of five (5) gallon caliber or size; another tree will be planted along
the sidewalk; the shrubs may be of the variety indicated; ligustrium ('lodense') may be
added to the shrub selection; shrubs must be a height of 3' to 3'-6" installed (or attained
the approximate height by summer's end); the landscape plan will be considered as
part of the construction; and landscape requirements of the Capitol Zoning District
Commission will be met.
With the approval of the landscape plan, the stop -work order is considered lifted
and work may begin on the structure's exterior. As such, and contingent upon the
above -listed conditions, it is not necessary to have the drip cap added to the struntimp
(as per the architectural plans)
