Dear ladies and Mr. Greer:
Please find attached a0etter to Mr. Mike McKinnis regarding the new structure on Cumberland. I was
surprised the other day to see For, the first time the "skin" of the structure in place. As this treatment
differs fundamentally from that which was presented to and approved by the various boards and
commissions, I felt it best to address this issue directly to you.
As Mr, Williams states in his letter, we were not contracted to do contract administration (which
includes construction observation) on the project and have had no communication regarding changes
from Mr. McKinnis.
J Please let me know how you wish to proceed on this matter, and again, thanks for your help on this
project.
