Thank you for your and the Commissioners' time spent in review of the proposed riew structure at
1304 Cumberland as an ancillary strtuture to the Bien House at 1302 Cumberland. As I Understand
them, the only remaining issues from the meeting to be addressed include:
I. A landscaping plan needs to be submitted for approval to the various bcxjies prior
to construction. We have retained the services of Landscape Architecture, Inc. here in Little
Rock to prepare a landscape plan. This should be to you all by the end of next week w i t h a
written explanation of our intentions regarding plantings and the arrangement thereof.
2. At. the request of the QQA. the windows will be changed from the six over six litc sashes
shown to one over one to be more compatible with those at the Bien House.
I would like to make the aforemenlioned bodies aware of JM Associates intentOlon to seek a
conditional permit from the City to start site grading and the preparation for site utilities next week. It
is understood that construction on the building proper will not begin until all reviews by the City ar ..
completed and the landscape reviews and approval by the concerned bodies are finalized.
Please let me know if anyone has questions or comments, or if there are further items I have
inadvertently omitted.
