SUBJECT: Permit for 615 East Capital -- Curran Hall

This memo serves as administrative approval from the Little Rock Historic District
Commission (LRHDC) allowing Austin Construction Company permission to obtain a building
permit for 615 East Capital. The permit is for the stabilization of the historic structure, which
is under contract with Austin. Curran Hall is located within the MacArthur Park Historic
District, and, due to the scope of work, was approved for a Certificate of Appropriateness (COA)
by the LRHDC in January 1999. The COA is attached for informational purposes.
