RHODES. III 'BOARD RECOGNIZED TAX LAW SPECIALIST As you are aware, I represent the owners of 615 East Capitol. On September 28, 1995, we filed an application to demolish 615 E. Capitol. A hearing was held before the Little Rock Historic District Commission on November 2, 1995. The stated purpose of the Commission delaying ruling on this request was so that Cheryl Nichols could coordinate with Mayor Jim Dailey the possible purchase of this property. Since November 2nd I have not heard from anyone. I would appreciate it if you would place this matter before the Commission at the earliest opportunity possible. My clients are entitled to a decision from this Commission. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to give me a call. DAC:11 cc: Mayor Jim Dailey Mrs. Cheryl Nichols
