Dear Mr. Couch:
As representative of the owners of 615 East Capitol, I am writing to inform you of the
property's status before the Little Rock Historic District Commission (LRHDC).
Enclosed is a copy of the City Ordinance section as it relates to the demolition of a
building. In compliance with the ordinance, the six months from the 2 November 1995 hearing
is 2 May 1996. At that time there will be another progress report and the setting of a second
public hearing for 6 June 1996.
