As your 15 April letter requested, enclosed is the documentation relating to your client's request
before the Little Rock Historic District Commission in November 1995 to demolish the structure
at 615 East Capitol. It is my understanding from the files and the minutes that your client's
request for demolition was deferred.
You will find enclosed: minutes of the 2 November and December 1995 meetings of the Little
Rock Historic District Commission; minutes from the January and March 1996 meetings (there
was no February meeting). The minutes from the 4 April meeting may be obtained following
their approval by the Commission. To obtain a transcript of the minutes, it will necessary to
have someone listen to the tapes in our office, as the minutes are taken from notes. Also
enclosed are letters from the Quapaw Quarter Association and the State Historic Preservation
Program relating to your client's request before the Commission's November meeting; it is
customary to have their review of requests before the Little Rock Historic District Commission.
