Per review of the submitted application regarding a variance request for 39 Wedgewood Drive, it has been
administratively approved with no variance required, as indicated on the survey/site plan.
The request will not be required to go before the Little Rock Board of Adjustment.
When you are ready to begin the project, provide this document to the Permits desk to obtain a building permit.
