Part of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 1, Stevenson's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Begin on 5th Street at a paint 75 feet East of the Northwest
Corner of said Block 1; thence East along 5th Street a distance of 48
feet; thence South parallel to the block line 150 feet to the South line
of said Lot 3; thence West on said line 48 feet; thence North 150 feet
to the point of beginning.
'-ACTUAL SURVEY OF OCCUPANCY AND USE
Beginning at a found iron pin that was accepted as the NW corner of the
above described property; thence Easterly along 5th Street for 48.06 feet
to a found iron pin; thence Southerly for 147.65 feet to a found wood fence
post that is being used as the SE corner of the above described property;
thence Westerly for 43.66 feet to a found iron pin; thence North for 149.38
f'eet to the point of beginning.
