TO: HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION AND
INTERESTED PARTIES

SUBJECT: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please be advised that there is a Historic District Commission
public hearing scheduled for Thursday, June 4, 1987 at 4:00 p.m.
on the second floor of the Old Fire Station located adjacent to
City Hall.
Enclosed you should find a letter from John Allison with the
Allison, Moses, Redden firm who is the agent for the
Cashion Company. Their request is to first, demolish the structure
at 609-611 East Capitol Avenue and second, expand their existing
office facility. A site plan of the existing building and a site
plan and elevation drawing for the expansion are included for your
review.
