We have received your letter of May 22, 1987 notifying our
office of your intent to make an addition to your current
office building.
We are delighted for you in your plans for expansion and
are confident the removal of the old deteriorating facility
now located next door to your building can only enhance our
neighborhood and provide a welcomed change to our area.
From all appearances the property in question is in a condition
beyond moderate repairs; would be more costly to repair than to
build anew; and can only be classified as a liability in its
present state.
We welcome and encourage your plans for a new facility to be
included in our area.
If we can be of further assistance to you in your endeavors,
please do not hesitate to call on us.
