Dear Knight:
I received your letter dated May 22, 1987 and am so thrilled to know your
business has grown to necessitate the expansion of your facility. Your
present facility certainly is an asset to our community. I recognize much
time and money is involved in maintaining such -a pleasant atmosphere.
I am also pleased to know you own the old apartment house adjacent your
property and have plans to remove the deteriorated building and replace it
with a new building which will compliment your present facility and the entire
area. As you are aware I cannot walk the sidewalk from my corner to yours. I
prefer to walk the edge of the street because of the discomfort and lack of
maintenance on the sidewalk.
I wish you continued success and look forward to seeing your new facility
in place. If I can ever assist you please call.
