Dear Commissioners:
The Quapaw Quarter Association recommends that the Historic District
Commission approve the application of The Cashion Company for a
Certificate of Appropriateness to construct an addition to the exist-
ing building at 501 Sherman.
By extending the current structure to the south and reconfiguring the
parking lot, the new structure should meet the needs of the applicant
for some time without any negative impact on the surrounding historic
neighborhood.
