Re: COC Certificate
Dear Ms. Worlow,
Enclosed is a copy of the original Certificate of Compliance for your new sign. This
certificate will stop any enforcement item with the Historic District Commission on the
installation of a sign without proper approval of the Commission.
Please contact me at any time before any additional improvements, repairs,
renovations, etc. occur to the exterior of your building or to the site. (The state statute
considers windows and doors to be part of the exterior of your building.) Please refer to
the copy of the Guidelines that I gave to you earlier. If there are any questions, please
contact me by phone at 371-4789, email bminyard6alittlerocr.o[g, or US mail.
Sincerely,
Brian Minyard

Dear Mr. Minyard,
In mid September 2008 the sign in front of our building was vandalized and destroyed.
We replaced the old sign with a new sign approximately 6'x 4', the sign is vinyl material
applied to plastic poly frame. The old sign was approximately 5'x 4'.
Enclosed you will find an application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the Historic
District. I was not aware that we needed to apply for approval to replace the old sign,
thank you for bringing this to our attention. In the future we will follow the procedures
for any outside improvements to our property.
Si rely,
Eloise Worlow
