Dear Property Owner,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed the Exterior renovations and
signage at the December 14, 2015 meeting for both projects at 307 (311) E Capitol
Avenue (The Paragon Building) and 315 E Capitol Avenue (The MM Eberts Legion
Post).
The Little Rock Historic District Commission approved the Certificate of Appropriateness
of the Exterior renovations and signage at 315 E Capitol Avenue (The MM Eberts
Legion Post) with conditions. The vote to approve was 7 ayes and 0 noes.
The Little Rock Historic District Commission deferred the Certificate of Appropriateness
of the Exterior renovations and signage at 307-311 E Capitol Avenue (The Paragon
Building). The vote to defer was 7 ayes and 0 noes.
You are receiving this letter to inform you of the deferral. The new drawings will be
posted online January 4th at this link.
